The treatment investment includes the cost of the appliances, the appointments for the expected treatment time, the first set of retainers, the retainer check appointments for 6 months, and any observation visits between early treatment and final treatment. If retainers are lost or broken, there will be a charge for repair or replacement. The treatment investment fee will be honored for six months from the date of the initial consultation.

Our Insurance Guidelines

For the patients with orthodontic insurance, we can verify benefits, accept payments from your insurance company and take care of all insurance billings to help minimize your insurance concerns. All services are charged directly to the patient, and patients are personally responsible for payment of charges incurred. It must be understood that we have no relationship with your insurance company and the fee is the sole responsibility of the patient. We will accept assignment but the full account balance is your responsibility. We will also assist you with flexible spending accounts and are happy to provide you with the required payment receipts. *We will make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary difficulties.
